What Happens in a Holsitic Email Counselling Session?

Sessions include a weekly sharing of your experiences, feelings, insights, discoveries, healing /creative tasks and emotional experiences.  I offer you weekly guidance and intuitive insight,  holistic recovery information, sacred and creative art tasks and healing exercises.  I ask that you share your healing assignments and sacred/creative art tasks with me as part of your holistic recovery journey.  This means you email pictures, papers and other creations to me as part of your email counselling experience and holistic recovery program.

Coming in 2010!  Please check back with us soon.

Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, rpassionate creativity, and ageless knowing.  Her name is Wild Woman, but she is an endangered species.  Though the gifts of the wildish nature come to us at birth, society's attempt to "civilize" us into rigid roles has plundered this treasure, and muffled the deep, life-giving messages of our own souls.  Without Wild Woman, we become over-domesticated, fearful, uncreative, trapped."
